Your company recently completed an oak hardwood floor installation and refinishing of the existing floors in our home. The project was not without its job condition problems. Bottom line... the completed installation came out great, on time and of reasonable cost. But that is just the work...I have been in the construction business all of my career, 25 years. As the years have gone by, it seems I spend more of my time chastising vendors, contractors, managers and tradesmen for not caring, not performing, and not accepting accountability. It is not so rare, but still not so often, that I actually get a chance to say "nice job" or 'thoughtful solution" or '"very considerate". So, it gives me great pleasure to say that here.
