Gary Moore was very helpful every step of the way and there were no problems they could not solve. During the process the workers were polite, very careful and concerned about our wishes. They gladly accommodated some requests my wife Alice made. The workmanship is obviously excellent, down to details like the shoe molding, which is perfectly mitered. Dear Mr. Pope:

Your company recently completed an oak hardwood floor installation and refinishing of the existing floors in our home.  The project was not without its job condition problems.  Bottom line... the completed installation came out great, on time and of reasonable cost.  But that is just the work...

I have been in the construction business all of my career, 25 years.  As the years have gone by, it seems I spend more of my time chastising vendors, contractors, managers and tradesmen for not caring, not performing, and not accepting accountability.  It is not so rare, but still not so often, that I actually get a chance to say "nice job" or 'thoughtful solution" or '"very considerate".  So, it gives me great pleasure to say that here.

PS Hardwood, to me, was Gary Moore.  He was your point man.  Right from the first visit, before the proposal, his advice and concern for our personal, aesthetic and economic criteria appeared genuine and professional.  He layed out our options, assisted in our decisions, orchestrated the installation, and (this is important) followed the job through completion.  My family is totally satisfied.  Thanks Gary.

You have a man who understands the value of customer service.  I sure hope you show him you know that.  Good people are hard to find, and harder to keep.
